In 2007, after 2 years of consultation, the Gay & Lesbian Rights Lobby launched All Love is Equal... Isn't It, a†report on what over 1,300 gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people in NSW want and need in relation to the federal recognition of same-sex relationships.

The report, All Love is Equal ... Isnít it?, was launched by Former Chief Justice of the Family Court, Alastair Nicholson AO RFD QC and Human Rights Commissioner, Mr Graeme Innes AM.
