| Politicians "Say Something" The NSW GLRL has teamed up with the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Business Association (SGLBA) and New Mardi Gras (NMG) have to produce an event to engage the community with politics in NSW. A range of MPs across all the major parties in NSW will answer questions relevant to the sex, sexuality and gender diverse communities. Modelled on the ABC 'Q&A' program, audience members will be invited to submit questions to politicians. The politicians include, Don Harwin MLC (Liberal), Trevor Khan (Nationals), Verity Firth MP (Labor), Cate Faehrmann (Greens) and Clover Moore MP (Independent for Sydney). The panel will be facilitated by SBS News reporter, Ricardo Goncalves. Tickets cost $25 for NMG, SGLBA and GLRL members/$35 non-members. All proceeds from ticket sales will be shared between the three community organisations.
