What this list isn’t. It is not a list of clinics ready to welcome you with open arms. Here are some of the questions which were asked: Do you treat lesbian couples and single women? Do you have male and female counsellors and physicians? What services do you offer? What do you charge? Are your donors prepared to be identified when a child is 18 years old? What are your opening hours? REMEMBER While legislation in some states precludes lesbians and single women from access to services, these laws are inconsistent with federal laws and so are subject to challenge under the federal Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (Cth).
